It didn't work at first but the developer was more than helpful in sorting out the issue.

Hi,
Before you leave a negative review in the marketplace, can you please ensure you give me a chance to provide you with support to try and help resolve your issue?

If I can help you successfully resolve this, I'd really appreciate if you can request the removal of the negative review.

Can you please send me bit more information about the situation:
1) URL where the add-on is installed
2) The web browser (and version) you're using (eg. Internet Explorer 8)
3) Do you have the Flash plugin installed in your browser?

Thanks.

Sorry about that it just irritated me after a long day.

Here’s the URL.
http://www.theceltsmusic.com/

I don’t think it’s going work because of the custom template I created that has a flash embed in there.

You can look it over but if it’s not going to work and you refund me I will be happy to remove the comment.

Hi G,
I've looked at that page and the YouTube Pro block isn't on there - only
the core YouTube block.

Have you published the latest changes? Are you able to create a user
account for the Dashboard for me so I can try it out?

The YouTube Pro block should work even if you have embedded Flash
elsewhere on the page.

I took the block out because it wasn't working.

When I added it, in the edit mode it looked like the block was there but once published the block would not show up.

I confirmed it on IE, Firefox and Safari.

Setup a new page using the same template and the same thing.

I did not try with a stock template because if it don't work with my template it's not going to work and I don't want to have rework my template to try and get it to work.

Hi,
If I can't see it once it's been added to a page, then it's impossible to work out what the issue is. Can you please create a new user account for the Dashboard so I can log in and create a "hidden" page to see what happens when the YouTube Pro block is added, as well as testing it with one of the default templates. This way I can isolate if the issue is caused by the template, or something else. If it is the template, I can provide guidance on some basic tweaks to make sure it all works together smoothly.
