New Features in ZBS v1.8

New features in ZBS version 1.8 include:
1. Expanded match types for address to zone mapping. You can now match on negative tests, such as an address part not containing something.
2. Match customers to shipping zones based on user groups. For example, you could set up different shipping rates for customer in a 'preferred' user group.
3. Extended units available for rule calculation.
4. Precision of rule calculation is now rounded. This rounding is by default set at 6 decimal places and can be overridden by defining ZBS_CALCULATION_PRECISION in config/site.
