The less file for the bullet point where the variable resides is found in the root folder/themes/academy/css/build/list.less and its hex value is found in root folder/themes/academy/css/presets/defaults.less on line 62. The font color inherits the body text color.

Thanks so much for the reply. I am not having any luck with changing the bullet or font color or even adjusting the padding alignment of the bullets. See a partial screen shot. The goal is the get the ordered bulleted list the same font color as the default font on this design.
I want to make ordered list font color default as navy as in the first sentence in the screenshot.

Hi Tommy,
You can easily edit the bullet point colors by putting your site on edit mode and go to Settings (Cog Icon) -> Design -> Customize and under List you should see "Bullet Color".
To change the text color try enabling your rich text editor color option by typing "Rich text editor" on the intelligent search. Tick the font color check box and save. Now, what this does is give you the option to change text color via color picker on any content block using redactor.

Thanks however the client would like this to be default and the manual changing each time they work the content as mentioned above.

Reviewed your site and wasn't able to find the necessary changes needed to make the dropdown delay. So, I uploaded version 1.2.3 which has a 1 second delay on the dropdown upon mouse out. This version also has fixed list color option which will address your list font color issue. Kindly update your theme and let me know how it goes.
