Sometimes you simply don't need 20 extra features in a theme. For those cases, you don't want to pay $35-$40 for stuff the site doesn't require and will just complicate things.

Asgard is a nice clean theme with enough options to make it work - for a reasonable price that includes great support. Even though the theme is a few years old, the developer responded very quickly to a problem I was having and issued an updated version. That's good support!

ASGARD is a nice clean theme. I choose it because of that and because I am new to CMS and even newer to responsive. As a newbie it was a bit of work just getting my head around CMS. I built most of my site in a free standard C5 theme which I had learned to tweak a little. Latter I realized the value of a responsive theme and decided to make the move - bring along all my, perhaps sloppy, construction with me. I needed HELP and it was always there - prompt/professional/polite/patient and most of all guiding. With C5-Theme Team's suggestions I was able to build/customize my site as I wished - get rid of all the bugs I had introduced and best of all Learn a lot about how Asgard as well as how Concrete5 itself works. My thanks to the designers/developers for their patience with my project. I'm looking forward to using C5 Theme Team's themes again.

The skeleton framework makes it easy to understand and easy to adjust. Support is exemplary. Highly recommend.
