Main.css edit not loading

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I made a change to the main.css to control the content background color opacity from 0.7 to 0.85 or 0.9. I used an FTP Client to edit and upload the file. I verified that the new file was local and remote, then cleared the website cache, deleted browsing history (etc), and refreshed the page. The changes to I made are not loading in the browser. The inspect element feature still shows that the content_bb background color is 0.7 opacity. I have tried in Firefox, Chrome, IE and android internet browser. Any idea what might be preventing the new file from loading? (code below)

From main.css:
/* Content Styles*/
#content_bb {
   margin-top:10px;
   margin-bottom: 6em; /* some space for the footer */
   /* customize_content_heading_font_color */ color:#000000; /* customize_content_heading_font_color */
   /* customize_content_bg_color */ background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7); /* customize_content_bg_color */

}

Yeah, just remove the comments on the left and right - eg /* customize_content_bg_color */
This gets pulled in by the C5 system and used when customising the theme via the Dashboard. If you make your own CSS tweaks, by removing the comments then C5 won't try to overwrite your changes.

Hope this helps.
