Away with some bullets

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm trying to build a Custom Template for an element within BOLDY.

I'm using AUTONAV, but with my own Custom Template, I want to style it a little bit.

So, this is how the AUTONAV looks normally (see the media list: DVDs, Books, Games, etc.):

http://www.store.hellbendermedia.com/dvds/...

This is how I started formatting it:

http://www.store.hellbendermedia.com/...

The thing that's driving me crazy is how to get rid of the bullets.

If you inspect the elements, you'll see I modified the <li> element:

<li style="list-style-type:none;list-style-image:none;font-weight:bold;font-size:1.5em;display:inline;margin:5px; padding:10px;border:thin solid black;"><a href="/games/">Games</a></li>

As far as I know, list-style-type:none; and list-style-image:none; really should have done the trick!

When I inspect the elements, I can't determine where that darn bullet is coming from. My changes are local and right on top of the lowest element -- I'm kinda shocked ANYTHING can override that.

I don't want to mess with my other lists on the site -- I only want to make the change to this specific Custom Template.

So... how do I get rid of those little arrowheads?

Thanks in advance!

Okay, I figured it out.

I had to create my own VIEW.PHP, and in it, I included in the styling of the LI tag: "background:none;"
