There is no need! I liked the theme so much I went ahead and got it. I am getting Superfish to work with it, but it is not as clean as I like yet. I will get it.
I will post some instructions once I get it the way i like for others.
If it was built in that would be great and make it even better.
Thanks, great theme!!

Thats great! I'm glad you like it.
That would be helpful if you could release a version with a dropdown menu. I bought superfish but I'm having trouble incorporating it. I am also having trouble just editing anything in th logo area above the header. I would like to remove the search box and put in a dropdown menu at that place. I would really apprecitate it if you could take a look at my website and give me some suggestions on how I could put some navigation in at the top of the screen. I'm trying to modle it after the "Modle site, I followed the tutorial but it doesn't say anything about the header navs.

I will see if I can document what I did. I am using SuperFish and this theme on my site athttp://vaustek.com
It took some editing of the theme css and the superfish css and view.php to get it to work since SUperfish uses CSS in the scripts well (bad idea).
This is one of the best themes I have seen. A built in drop down would push it over the top.

That would be awesome. I am very impressed with the site you built with this theme! I am going to bookmark it and refer back to it quite a bit.

Hello,
I plan to release a version with a built in dropdown over the next couple of days.
As for removing the search box, you can find the html for the header in /packages/theme_businesstheme/themes/businesstheme/elements/header.php, just remove the whole search div.

I have just released an updated version that has a custom template for a dropdown menu.
I think it would be helpful to add to your instructions for this theme (located at:http://concrete5studio.com/theme/pro-themes/businesstheme/businesstheme-support/),to inspect & and activate the theme. This seems to put the "Home" page into effect. However, I am still having problems displaying the dropdown menu properly. Could you please take a look at my website and give me some suggestions?
I tried to follow the update as noted in the instructions:
UPDATE: Business theme now includes a custom template for a built in dropdown menu. To use it, click on the auto-nav block, click on 'Custom Template' and then select 'Dropdown'. Also make sure that in the autonav block options the "Sub-pages to display" is set to "Display all" and "Sub-page levels" is set to "Display a custom amount." with "1" level.
Please take a look at the attachment and at my website:http://www.clearlycleanwindowwashing.com...
Am I missing something?
What can I do so as not to display the huge drop-down menu so that it covers the picture. I would like it to look similar tohttp://www.vaustek.com
Thanks
Isaac

Hello,
The dropdown is working fine, the only problem is that your logo and menus are too long to display inline. On the site you mentioned, he removed the search bar, and he has a shorter menu.
You can remove the search bar by editing the file /packages/theme_businesstheme/themes/businesstheme/elements/header.php and removing the search div. If you do this and make either your logo or menu shorter, it should work.

Your advice worked! Thanks a million!!!
I'm using superfish on my site, too. If you have a min (or 5), can you give a brief breakdown of the concepts you used to get to where you're at w/ the superfish menu on your site?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Wow I am out of the country for a week and come back and this thing has taken off. I did promise to write up what I did. I will try to get that done this week.
Primarily I had to do a couple of things to get Superfish to work.
1. Get rid of the search bar. For me I did not need it. I did find a way to incorporate it in a different way, but just did not need it for my site.
2. You have to not only play around with the CSS in Superfish, but in the view.php because they decided to put some dynamic CSS elements directly in it. Without changing that you run into problems both from a look and feel as well as placement.
I will write up something more comprehensive this week. Been extremely busy lately.

great site clinter..i bookmarked your site..what kind of add ons or plug ins you've used on your homepage slider...if you won't mind....great theme too great job..
Thanks for the kind words.
I am actually not using a plugin so much as just incorporating a very good jquery slider called svUltimateSlider.http://codecanyon.net/item/svultimateslider-30-transitions-build-yo...
All I had to do is add the script links into the "additional header content" as well as a css for it. Then in the slider area added a html block to put in the html piece. It was actually quite easy.
That is one of the powerful pieces of C5. As long as it is jquery based it is pretty easy to add things like this even if they are not a plugin.
