Cannot install

I have tried to install this theme, but no success.
I have tried install manually, install from dashboard, and install from concrete5.org.
Please help!

hi taukhau, i just updated the theme. I had forgotten to change the controller.php when I updated it previously. It should work fine now. If it doesn't, then unzip the package, open it up, open the themes folder, and upload the folder inside it to your root/themes directory. Then go to your dashboard themes page, and it should be already installed.
i have been getting this in my logs once every few seconds
Warning - failed to load package with pkgHandle 'darksplinter'. Could not find package controller file: '/home4/julian/public_html/packages/darksplinter/controller.php'
i can't uninstall the theme. i have the theme in the packages and under add functionality it hows edit but does not lead to uninstall. i need a clue. thanks
