No diffences between Left Sidebar page design and Right SidebarRight Sidebar

I'm using Grain theme, but the Left Sidebar page design is just as the Right Sidebar page design. Is it my fault or is a theme error? Thanks

I noticed that there is no left sidebar page type included with the theme. Any way to get this added?

At the bottom, all themes tell you which page types they include.
Included Page Types
homepage, full, right sidebar, default, view
Notice that this theme does NOT come with a left_sidebar page type. So if you had a Left Sidebar page type installed before and you're trying to use it, it's going to use the "default" which is a right sidebar layout.
