Customizable areas allow you to style this theme just right. Have your site name in your header area or the main content area. Menu bar of 640px width in an overall 960px frame. Two basic page types, both are right sidebar but the "full" template pulls the site name down into the content area for a wide image on top. 

Top image area is set to 315 minimum height to allow for the site name to inhabit that space. On the "Full:No Header" page type the header disappears and the site name moves alongside the navigation menu.

August 29, 2011 - added a full 960px wide page type without a sidebar (obviously).

All pages contain a two column area which will not appear if no content is enabled.
