Add a specific Google font to "HiVis" theme

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I'd like to integrate this Google font to my Hi-vis theme.
@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans);

Can anyone help me out?

I saw some threads talking about adding it to "custom CSS" but I can't find it anywhere. :(
Someone else is talking about editing one of the template files: css/presets/defaults.less
but I cannot find it neither using the ftp to find this file.

A quick simple step-by-step would really help me.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Francois

Hi Francios,

The file you are talking about only exists in concrete5.7 themes whereas you have the 5.6 version of Hi-Vis so must be working with 5.6.

To add your googlefont you can go to packages/theme_hi_vis/themes/hi_vis/typography.css and add your import script there, i.e;

@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans);

Then in:
packages/theme_hi_vis/themes/hi_vis/typography.css
and
packages/theme_hi_vis/themes/hi_vis/app.css

you can find and replace the word Lato with Open Sans.

Please keep in mind that this will only install the standard weight of Open Sans. I you need a bold version also then use this import script instead:

@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,700);
