Back-end Thumbnail sizes don't match front-end page list sizes

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I've been trying to figure out how to make thumbnails that are appropriately sized for the front-end blog page list. I've created a custom template to disable the links to the blog because the client doesn't need the actual posts to be linked. My issue is that the thumbnails on the back-end force you into creating either 960x212 or 150x150 but the page list on your demo outputs 322x200 as I can see in the blog_list.php document on line 29.

Do you have any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong here? When I was using your Blog List custom template I was running into the same issues with the images not being the correct thumbnail size. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Also just to be clear I did clear the cache. Do I need to be doing something like thishttp://concrete5tricks.com/blog/page-attributes-thumbnail-images/... or am I missing something about your theme?
