can't choose the file set for the flex folder

Hello,
I have 2 questions regarding the theme.
1. When I would like to set up the flex folder, I can't choose the file set which I created. There is nothing show up. Could you please tell me what's the problem? (please see attached picture.)
2. I would like to insert the background imagine in the body.
Here is the css I wrote:
body {margin:0; padding:0; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; min-height:100%; line-height: 1; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; background-image: url("http://thetoki.com.candela.sui-inter.net/files/2614/2228/4412/paper_01.jpg")}!important;}
but when I open the website, the background is still empty, and the css shows
background-image: url("/packages/indulgence/themes/indulgence/http://thetoki.com.candela.sui-inter.net/files/2614/2228/4412/paper_01.jpg")
If i delete the "/packages/indulgence/themes/indulgence/", then the background imagine would show. Do you have any idea why this will add to the link automatically?

Background - You'll need to remove the white background set on '#skyline-container .main-container'
I'd set the background image on #skyline-container rather than the body. You may also want to remove the .background-bar styles or html.
Flexslider - I'd would try uninstalling and using the attached.
