Hi,

I see you are using Concrete5 5.7.4.1, but the version of the theme you have purchased is for concrete 5.6 or below, so that's why you cannot auto-install.

When you visit the Marketplace, you need to choose you concrete5 version (5.6 and below or 5.7 and above).

So you have two choices:

1. You can install concrete5 5.6 and use the theme you have purchased.

2. There is a 5.7 version of the theme (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/long-story-short1... ). I can grant you a refund for the license you have purchased so you can get the appropriate version of the theme.

Please let me know what you prefer,

Thanks Jordi. I assumed I was dealing with the latest version of the theme since I was on a recent one of Concrete5. Please refund the purchase and I will get the correct version again of your very neat parallax theme, the best on Concrete5 in my humble opinion. Muchas gracias Jordi!
