About US box

Does anyone know how to get or add the box at the bottom of the Mosaic Home page which says “about us” I like the design and want to be able to put my own text in it? The box didn’t appear when I activated the theme.

On your homepage, just add content into that right sidebar, and then when you're done adding content, click the "content" block, and click "custom templates". Choose the template you'd like.

Any idea how to get the CTA boxes to work, I uploaded them in my global scrapbook but they aren't linking properly. I keep getting a 404 error saying the page isn't there

you probably need to turn on "Pretty URLs", by going to "sitewide settings".
that will remove the /index.php/ from all your page URLs.
