Needing response about Mosaic color change

I have sent emails with no response. I have paid for a color change to the Mosaic theme and have no idea as to a completion date. I need this theme changed, uploaded and ready to work on by April 24 at the latest. Is this doable?

It is now May 25 and still no completed theme change. We did have a couple of small corrections but nothing that should take a length of time. Michael has not communicated with me as to when he can complete it or why it has been delayed. I have been very dissappointed in the non-responsiveness of Michael.
