Having installed it twice now just to verify that it wasn't a problem with the install I was unable to save any of the customizations created in the customize window. As soon as you hit save it reverted back to the default settings. If you like the colors as is then I think it is a nice design layout, but without the ability to change a few basic colors I think it is limited.

I contacted the designer and their reply was quick, but unfortunately instead of a possible solution they replied "no idea whats causing that. All I can say is learn css ;P". A tad rude if you ask me. Hopefully they will address whatever is the problem as it has a nice look.
