Comments - Spacing of Comments within an article and User assignment to edited entry

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We have two issues relating to comments that are emailed in by users relating to a specific article. I'm not sure if this is a theme related issue or comments in general from C5

1) Spacing - when we have more than one comment posted there is no seperation between the comments
I'd like to add a double space (basic) ... and maybe Bold the the "Posted by " line with a colour.

This is what we are getting now

Is it truly a clerical miscue....
......corporation, heads would have rolled already!

I can now finally breathe more easily! ......

Thoughts?? I assume there is a CSS entry I can modify

2) Second issue - USer name (admin) gets identified when we "Edit" a comment and we lose the original poster

Example
Posted by admin on Jul 7th, 2014
Posted by Marilyn G on Jul 5th, 2014 (I added this line back ito the comment to show who it was from originally
As a director.....
....comment end

Any help and / or direction much appreciated.

You will see a post by admin - my attempt to edit one of the posts and add a space after and re-insert the "posted by"

Looks like your Guestbook block's view.css file isnt loading for some reason. It looks like it's there (http://www.markhamtoday.ca/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete... ) but isn't loading. Not sure why
