Pagination issue - Category page (with Page Block) does not display as expected

Pagination issue - Category page (with Page Block) does not displaying as expected
Not sure if this is an issue with the Theme Viewport, Category Page and relation with Page List block, (or page list block itself), Pagination Navigation or a cache issue.
Issue: Category Page with most recent articles (Page Block with pagination page 1) not showing when Category page "Re-accessed" - appears to show the last Page Block contents.
When accessing a Category page showing a Page List block of articles where i have specified 10 articles per page and indicated "Pagination" the "Previous, 1,2 Next" (page navigation) appear to work. But....when I leave the Category page and then come back to the same Category page - content Page List Block that shows is NOT the "first" set of articles of the Category. Note: I've even gone back in and played with the navigation and went specifically to the first page and left that as the "Last" page displayed exited the category page and then accessed another, then came back and still the Page 2 shows as the initial display - Not the page with the most recent articles as expected. Also the Navigation controls are set to the 2nd pagination.
My Testings -
(1) Access Category Page (first time) shows correct page list (1st pagination) of most recent articles.
(2) Use Navigation to access Next (or numbered) page - results in proper page.
(3) Exited Category - accessed another category - re-access Category - results in - NOT the first pagination being display
(4) Exited website - cleared cache - reaccessed Website / category page - still NOT the first pagination as expected.
(5) Access development environment and cleared cache - - still NOT the first pagination as expected.

For me when I go to it and go to next page the url (page 2) changes but the posts listed on the page don't change at all. Are you logged in and seeing this behavior or logged out? Either way something's not working right. Can you for a moment change the page list to not use any custom template and see if the issue persists? That way we can see if it's an issue with the custom template in ViewPort or with concrete5/page list block.

It's doing the same thing for me. Is it for you? It's gotta be a cache or some kinda issue with concrete5 page list block.
Yup - after removing the custom template I still having an issue.
Clicking on Next or the number does nothing.
Not sure what's up with this. I thought it was caching but take a close look at the URL that is being proposed ending in -2 I manual change to -1 to move it along.
(FYI - I'm using Firefox)

I would check the regular forums and see if anyone else has run into this issue.
