I sent them a support query and haven't had a response back!

It's OK when you give something away and don't want to provide support, but when you're paying for a product...

Support is terrible. I want my $ back. No drop-down menu; was promised one months ago but never delivered.

This theme didn't turn out the way it read. Perhaps it is me? If so, I wouldn't know as the response time was sloooow and to be truthful I never got a response to help.

Would not recommend primarily because I did not get any support on this theme.

This is a nice template with a good clean layout. It is pretty easy to modify to your needs. Definitely one of the better templates for C5.
