Allowed using the file/image attribute, with Users and Files from Settings. Added the attribute to Users and Files.
Now, when trying to use the Attribute, I click on the Title to edit the attribute and
"+ Choose File" but I can't select a file.

The main thing I wanted to do is to add an attribute to relate files to each other. Example, I have a book library, in which a file will have a .pdf at least and one or more (.doc, .zip ..etc) files that are related to it, or an image.
So, I want to add the Image/File attribute to a file to do this.

It's a good idea but there may have to be another way of accomplishing it. For user editing this is working in svn...but for files it's going to take a lot of effort (and I'm not really sure it'd even be possible without radically re-working the file manager.) Basically c5 makes a lot of assumptions that only one file manager window will ever be open at one time.
Tested R1410 and ...

.. file/image attribute is working fine for users. For files, when I add the attribute and click on Choose File, the window opens but I cannot select a file.
This is a great progress though! :)

Need a fix asap

Is there any fix for the bug available at the moment? As I'm not part of the beta team, I guess I won't be able to get dev versions from svn..?
I'd be really happy to have this feature working on a site I'm building at the moment. Otherwise I'll have to use some kind of temporary workaround.
Do you have any expectations of when the next version of C5 will be released?
Thanks.

Broken here, too

For some reason this was working for me before, but now it is broken.
I think I was using 5.3.3, and it worked. I just upgraded to 5.3.3.1, and now it's broken.

This will likely not EVER work in Files
It should, however, work in users. That is a bug.
