There is no name check for sets created through the sets action on the file manage.
1. Open the file manager
2. Select some files
3. Select Sets
4. Check the checkbox under Add to New Set without typing a name
5. Click Update
A set with no name is created.

Another bug: check a set and another set and you'll only see files that occur in both sets.
But one would expect to see files all files that occurr in both sets.
It's connected through AND and not OR.
