All of them are on Godaddy.
I havent really had to use an accelerator but they have something installed already. You can do a lot of little things inside your root and your phpini file. If godaddy doesn't support it, you will find out quickly.

I use GoDaddy all the time with Concrete5 with no issues.

it resides in the very base root directory.
when you log into your ftp site or the file manager if your in the godaddy control panel, scroll passed all your files and it will be in there.
