re: Images work. Sometimes.
Thank you. That appears to have resolved my problem!
I'm wondering if anybody knows what prompts this? It's not a big deal, it's an easy enough fix.

Images work. Sometimes.
I have quite a few images on my site that I use in a bunch of different places, so it's important to me that they're kept as one file so that if I make changes to them later, it changes universally.. (that's part of the point of a CMS, right?)

Shoehorning in external php
On my present site I have a few areas that have rather extensive php running a few rather key areas of my site. For the most part, these are self-contained so I do not mind if I cannot control them via the CMS.
What I would like to do, is integrate the...

re: Blocks - some questions
I fixed this after pondering on some of the suggestions given, and realised I could make it much more straight forward.
I edited the default.php file for my template and did this:

Since the bottom image is somethi...

re: Blocks - some questions
My initial idea was to implement a series of blocks.. it seemed like the best way to use the CMS.

This is the design I'm converting.
So the big pic with the rounded corners, is one item. (And has th...

re: Blocks - some questions
That's a good suggestion, but not applicable in this case. :) What I did not mention is the image is dynamic and changes on every page.
