can't see the problem
I checked it out in ie7 and it looks exactly the same as other browsers.
But if it's anything it looks like you entered invalid css in this file:

remove the css then
go to packages/defunct_testimonials/blocks/defunct_testimonials/vi ew.css and empty the contents out.

A bit confusing.
I'm not really understanding your question.
view.css is automatically embedded on the block/single pages. You could cut and paste the code in view.css and put it in one of your main css files.

I'm with Remo
If you do decide to do it (even though 99% can be decoded with apps on the web) make sure at least the view.php can be edited and clearly indicated the code is obfuscated on the marketplace listing.

Switzerland
Last time I was there it was $15 Mcdonald Meals. Amazing/Beautiful country though. Make sure you make it to Interlaken if you are there closer to summer, lots of outdoor activities on the lakes, hand gliding etc...etc...

actually it's a bug when moving any page
Moving any page to any parent will generate this error and result in no page copied.
