what about the error log?
It says "more information about this error may in the server error log", what about posting its content??

tracking code isn't going to work.
you have to put the meta tag in the header file of your theme - themes//elements/header.php

yeah, I've got my own installer.. Doesn't install the core themes, adds an "empty" theme, asks you which blocks you want to install and does all that out of a bz2 file.
It won't work on most servers as I'm using some command line tools to speed up thin...

sql buddy issue
If this doesn't work for you, you have to check with the authors of SQL Buddy. This addon integrates SQL Buddy into Concrete5, it doesn't do anything else..

I had a quick look at your site. What Tony wrote is of course correct but I'm quite sure that your site will still be slow, even if you reduce the size of your pictures.
