My Longer Bio
Born in Japan and moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1999.
After graduating from California State University, Long Beach majoring in Film and Electronic Arts department, I worked and produced various film projects.
Also I'm in publishing industry since 2002. I'm currently serving as the editor-in-chief of Entertainment Today, the 40 years-old weekly in Los Angeles.
Currently, I mainly spend most of times in Yokkaichi, Mie Japan.

If you are on Clustor 02, you have a bad luck.
If you are on Clustor 01, it's ok.
If you are on Clustor 04, you get decent speed.
To check, which Clustor you are on, visit

Use BitNami or XAMPP
Instead of IIS, you can use
BitNami WAMP stack

That Virtual Memory Usage (re: concrete5 Memory Usage)
It's Virtual Memory.
Not the RAM memory itself.
This is completely normal behavior.
My Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress sites sometime create 100MB of virtual memory.
