Under 'parquet' is all flooring that is made of solid wood, whether it is 20 mm thick boards or veneer flooring with a real wood top layer of about 1 mm.
Collectively parquet can be divided into different groups and products. These products all have their own specific advantages and disadvantages, and related mounting systems.
Why do we call this assembly systems? Because 95% of the complaints parquet flooring stems from wrong legwerk. A floor is still down as you think? In some cases this is true, but often the wrong floors being processed the wrong way!
The knowledge of it in a proper way a floor goes beyond just those "planks knocking into each other." It requires knowledge of the species, with specific features that make it suitable or not a particular type of wood for a particular installation system or a particular floor.
