The aim of the 100 Leaders Project is to promote healthy attitudes towards living with a disability. The website showcases the stories of a number of people who live independently and don't allow their disability to hinder their enjoyment of life and experiences.
This website has been built using HTML5 and has been designed to achieve high levels of accessibility using devices such as screen readers and braille terminals. Factors such as contrast, font size and keyboard only navigation have been considered.
Concrete5's composer was utilised to make it easy for editors to add future content. Page attributes have been used to easily add alternate media, including the display of youtube clips in an overlay.
