Hi Guys hopefully someone can help me out, setting up a new site using the Elemental theme & I'm not keen on the slider to looking to addon some others to see if they work better.
I have purchased and assigned 2 sliders to my site & when I try to install them I get this message.
The directory E:\WebSites\ForceSpecialEffects v.7.4.1/packages/ already exists. Perhaps this item has already been installed.
The file is there but is empty from install?

Also if I click the add on button under blocks I get redirected to an error 404 page.
