5.7 Custom CSS Doesn't Stay

Hello,
When i add styles to the Custom CSS portion of 5.7, it'll be there for a bit, and then the CSS is gone like it was never there in the first place. I've never had this happen before. I've cleared cache, and re-entered my styles about 5 times and they never stay.
Has anyone experienced this before?

I'm using version 5.7.5. No, this isn't the first time using the custom css feature. Actually the site was almost done, and then for some reason yesterday I would enter the css and it would work for a few minutes and then back to nothing. I'd go back and that css I entered is completely gone.
I also noticed that if I delete something from the custom css, it shows back up after a little while.
I ended up linking an external style sheet to finish what I needed to, but I'd like to find out whats going on with it for future reference. Have you experienced this before?

MrKDilkington, It's on a live server. No special caching features. Speaking of which; I did turn on caching in the dashboard, and shortly after turned them off again. After that I started having the issues.

What version of concrete5 are you using?
Is this the first time you've used Custom CSS on this particular install?
