5.7.3.1 and Safari

I've been building a theme & happily editing the site using Chrome. My colleague uses Safari on Mac & finds that the page editing experience is impossible. The two major areas are:

1. Most of the Redactor toolbar doesn't work. For example, if I try to set a custom style, the text moves down the edit window but nothing else happens, and the style is not added to the code. Similar things happen for other toolbar functions. Underline, align, HR, table & Formatting do seem to work.

2. When trying to drag a new block to an area the page gets into all sorts of scrolling issues making it impossible to drop the block where you want it.

I've now tried this on Safari on PC & get the same problems. I've also tried going back to the Elemental theme with no improvement.

Am I missing something?
Thanks

When this happens to me it is always a conflict between a script I have on the page and concrete. If you're using a CSS framework that could cause issues as well.

In my experience, C5.7 works find with Foundation framework - but haven't tested it with anything else.

Thanks for that. However I've now tried a vanilla install with the demo content and get the same problems. I'm now thinking it could well be that Safari on Windows is very old - from 2012 and v5.1.7...
