Adding User Group Premissions

I want to add a group called Editors and give them permissions to add and edit pages. But I'm having difficulty doing that an suggestions? A step by step would be helpful.

Then, go to System & Setting=>Site Access (http://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/dashboard/system-and-maintenance/permissions-and-access/site-access ) and give that group edit access
Then, you can go into the Full Sitemap and manually adjust permissions per page by clicking on each page and clicking "permissions"
Them add the members you want to have that level of access to your Editors group.
