Bulk SEO Updater doesn't save / let you save home page meta tags.

I was just getting a site ready for launch and saw that the Bulk SEO Updater wouldn't save or update meta title, description, etc. I figured whatever - I'll just update the site title, but it still appends ":: Home" to the title tag, which I'd like to get rid of.
When I try to update the Home page, I don't get the save button like I would for other pages. Any ideas?
