C5 edit bar hides sticky navigation

The C5 edit bar covers my site's sticky navigation (which is a global region, making it impossible to edit). Any ideas what CSS I can add to move it down while logged in?

You have a lot of techniques with the same idea:
If i am in "editmode" - change c5 nav or add top margin to my theme.

If this links dont solve you issue please tell about your framework (bootstrap, foundation etc..)
