Cannot open website after updating from 5.7.4 to 5.7.4.2

Getting error message Class \Concrete\Core\Permission\Key\AddConversationMessageConversationKey does not exist
after trying to update to latest version 5.7.4.2. I renamed concrete folder to concrete-old and copied concrete 5.7.4.2 to site then renaming to concrete. I than ranhttp://localhost/tambopc/index.php/ccm/system/upgrade... and it said I was up to date but gave the option to do the update again. I ran the update but cannot open the site now and getting the above message. I renamed the folders back to original and still get error message. I am now locked out of my site. This is on a local server. Can you help.
