Can't change url of created page

If I rename page, the old url stays unlike in 5.6 versions where you can change the url path. Yes you can add an additional url path but don't want a mess of urls and want to change the url path to my new name manually the way always could before. But can't.

is this right? Am I missing where can change url path? Can't believe we had this and now gone?
