can't edit Form Block in multi-language global area

i added a form block in global area in 2 language but when i try to edit it in the default language edit and preview tabs show questions but when change anything and save the block the changes don't save

and when i try to edit form block in this global area in the other language the edit and preview tabs don't display any more (see Attachment)

and it give me this error Call to a member function setBlockAreaObject() on null

Having the same problem.. though not related to multi-language. Just trying to edit form block in either global or non-global area gives same error in log and never opens editor.
