I am using bluehost and installed concrete5 through mojomarketplace, then I build a sample website.

But when I log out and try to log in again, it's notice that "You IP address has been banned".

I don't know why. So I choose "forgot password" try to reset it. I receive rest email and reset the password through the link inside. But I still can't log in by new password. Now the notice info is "Invalid username or password" ！！！！！

What should I do?
