Concrete 5 Version 5.7.5.13 auto update

I am currently running 5.7.5.11 and I choice to only use the auto update, and i understand they wait awhile to enable the auto update. So now we are over two months out, wondering when it will be enabled. And further out when will it be enabled for 8.x?
I am guessing this question has stumped everyone, or no one else cares.

I imagine the reason for holding off on enabling dashboard updating to v8 is to get more information from existing users who have updated - erring on the side of caution.

Are these sites also on Bluehost? Also, the changes from .11 to .13 are minor and most would not notice them.

All are on Bluehost
I use Bluehost as my web provider, and used their one click install for a new web site, the version they have is 5.7.5.7 so I installed it, then went to the update in the control panel and it auto updated to version 5.7.5.13.
So why won't my two other sites update from 5.7.5.11 to 5.7.5.13????
