Can you try putting an underscore for your language files? And update your dashboard translation files to the C5634 ones?

If that doesn't help, you can pm the FTP credentials and I'll take a look.

FTP or SSH into your site (or possibly your hosting panel) and delete everything *inside* these directories:
/files/cache/
/files/tmp/
/files/trash/

Hi Zero7, thanks for sending your FTP credentials. I logged in and noticed a lot of backup folders in your packages directory.

This probably causes C5 to load duplicate packages. My advice would be to make a backup and then remove all the .backup directories in your installation.

Also it'd be super handy to check the error logs. (you're getting a 500 Internal Server Error now, and in the logs is written what causes the 500). If you're not sure how to do that, you can ask your hosting company.

Hello Akodde, thanks for looking at it. The hosting company now restored a older backup and the site is online now. I will look into you advice.
Thanks.

Hello, I now use 5.6.3.2 version and this works fine.

I deleted the the backupfolders in the packages (akodde) and deleted the files in cach/tem/trash (jasteele12) and then updated to the new version 5.6.3.4. and then I get the same error back :(

Akodde: where can I find the server error file?

Hope somebody have a solution?

Kind regards John
