Fundamental background image not working properly on small screen

Using Fundamental theme with concrete5.7
It seems the static background image is not working when I change the browser window to small/very small - the image becomes a scrolling image and is tiled. I need it to alwasy be stretch automatically - I tried the Fundamental theme settings in dashboard with no luck...
