Looking for help please!

The easiest thing is to list the linkhttp://bagsc.org/index.php/gallery... and then describe what I want to happen. So for the desktop version I want the names of the artists listed within the space of the window. If there are more names than height of the content container allows I want the names to scroll. For mobile devices, anything less than 768px, I want the heading "Member Gallery" to collapse or toggle closed and then open with a transition only when the user wants to use the navigation. The navigation is the autonav hard coded.

I have been thinking that this should work like an accordion with an autonav in the content area and I would include this as part of the gallery template so the editors only have to add the artist pages and the content for those pages.

I can't figure out anyway to get this to work.
