How du i update concrete5 direct from site?

Im new to C5 and my hosting provider emailed me about needing to update to newest version of C5 due to security reasons. But when i try to search for updates , i just get "no updates available" . Screenshot:http://prntscr.com/9sxpp0

Why dont i get option to update to newest version which i hear is: 5.7.5.4 ? And how do i install this then?

If you are running on C5.7 you should see a prompt about the new upgrade. There are several ways to upgrade your version of C5.7 http://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/installation/upgradin...

If however you are running on C5.6 or earlier then unfortunately it is not a straight upgrade to C5.7 and it is not available in the dashboard.

Upgrading to C5.7 is possible but some work and time is involved.

However C5.6 version 5.6.3.3 is stable and secure as far as I am aware.

Read this page:http://www.concrete5.org/get-started...

You'll see you CANNOT upgrade to latest version (5.7) from 5.6, however you can upgrade to 5.6.3.4.

The 5.6 upgrade is not showing as an option, so you'll have to upgrade to 5.6.3.4 manually.

Ok, so i have to go through 5.6.3.4 . Any step by step guide on how to do that manually upgrade?

Start with downloading on my hard drive maybe from herehttps://www.concrete5.org/developers/developer-downloads/... ? Then what?
