Internationalization addon for 5.7 version

Hi
I am developing a website in concrete5.7.4.2 version. We need to develop the site in multilingual.
So can anyone please give information that when this Internationalization addon will be available for 5.7+ version? We have requirement for it. Or you can suggest any other other addon which meet my website multilingual requirement.

Internationalization comes built in in concrete5.7+

No need to wait for an add-on :)
