Invalid link code

We've been using content type blocks to edit basic content on pages for a few weeks now, and everything was going fine until yesterday when all the links insert in the content blocks previous are now rendering like so after publish:

http://devapp.app:8000/%7BCCM:CID_243%7D...

Has anyone else run into this problem?
