Can anyone suggest a live chat add-on for a corporate website?

Hi,

I use Tawk.to on my site. Not an add-on really you just add a bit of JS and login to their website to view chats.

Be nice to have an integrated one with C5 though.

I'm curious, what would be the benefit of a c5 add-on instead of a third party solution? Other than the monthly fee?

I think it might just be nice to host it within C5 so you don't have to login to a 3rd party site. It would also be white label which would be nice.

"Live Chat" Add-On for concrete5 is available and free:

Makes use of Tawk.to and has Android/iOS/Windows/MacOS apps to chat with too, besides their online (website) dashboard.
