Log filling up with same 'Exception Occurred' error all the time

My log is getting filled with same error all the time:
Exception Occurred: /path_to/public_html/concrete/bootstrap/start.php:290 Call to a member function send() on a non-object (1)
Anyone to shine a light on this? Where does it come from and what can i do to stop getting the error?
The site ishttp://www.natuurlijk-egmond.nl and the theme is a customization from the elemental theme. The error did not happen before moving to the live server.
