Menu item also in submenu

I would like to know if it is possible to get a menu item also in the submenu under it for a single item as pseudo page.
For example this:
Home
-Item1
-Item2
--subitem1
--subitem2
-Item3
--subitem3
should become:
Home
-Item1
-Item2
--Item2 (same page)
--subitem1
--subitem2
-Item3
--subitem3
For now I have created a external link to the url of the Item3 and placed it under Item3.

Just add a subpage where you want the redirect link and use the attribute for "exclude from robots.txt," and add the page redirect Add-on to point to your parent page you want to do.
I like using this route, because I can easily re-arance the page order which is not so with the external link feature like you have used

Both of these add ons are free and available for 5.6 and 5.7
