More Social Links

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on how to add a new type of Social Link/Icon. I have a site where I need to add a Yelp link to the Social bar and instead of trying to stack another content block next to it and trying to get them to line up properly, i'd like to see if I can add it to the social links settings/block.

I managed to add a link for 'Phone' which initiates a call. I'm rather pleased with it!
